It was a nice surprise in Fall 2016 when WB Games and Travelers Tales announced that the Wii U exclusive LEGO City Undercover would not only find it’s way into LEGO Dimensions but also get a remaster of the original Wii U release across the Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC. It’s a game many greatly enjoyed on the Wii U and many consider one of the best games in the entire LEGO series. Featuring the main character Chase, you more or less play a kid friendly Grand Theft Auto but containing the trademark LEGO humor and charm.
WB Games released a press release which was posted on Gematsu that you can read below. I’m honestly really happy to see this find a new home on recent consoles, as many might have missed this on the Wii U. WB Games stated it is a Spring 2017 release, so maybe it will be a Nintendo Switch Launch titles and release in March.
