Sony has announced that they’ll be holding their annual E3 press conference on June 10, 2013 at 6PM PT. Sony hasn’t said anything beyond the date, but you can expect the conference to be livestreamed, as well as covered live right here on Destructoid. Obviously they’ll be talking about the PlayStation 4.
Diablo 3 is a beast, a monster that Sony wrangled down for what appeared to be an exclusive, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Speaking to the Penny Arcade Report, Diablo 3 Senior Producer Julia Humphreys clarified the game’s platform agnosticism saying, “We don’t have any announcements to make at this time …

Quoting Notch immediately about his interest in putting Minecraft to Playstation ecosystem…
“Microsoft has an exclusivity deal for consoles,” said Bergensten, who is lead designer of Minecraft Pocket Edition for iOS and Android. ”When it runs out we’ll consider Minecraft for PlayStation, but Wii U is very unlikely.”
And also, they are trying to bring the Pocket edition experience closer to the PC version , which is great news but what about the mods?
Also quoting Notch:
“The biggest challenge has been, and still is, finding the lowest common denominator for all the various mobile models there are on the market. It’s an obstacle to a lot of features that we have on the PC version, such as infinite worlds and redstone contraptions. Over time we’ll have to drop more and more models in order to add fun stuff to Pocket Edition.”

Despite its increased emphasis on connectivity, Sony won’t be going all-in with a digitally distributed future. With last Tuesday’s PlayStation 4 announcement, Sony not only promised a system that will play highly advanced games, but use more online features than ever before .
While the gaming world is still coming to grips with the potential of the PlayStation 4, at least one sci-fi acting legend was facepalming so hard at how behind the times everyone else was. From this early 80s footage that IGN somehow was able to recover, Leonard Nimoy takes Sony‘s new (old?
Everybody, including me (Author of this post..) are excited about next gen of Consoles (PC master race are already in!)
but.. We hate some Analysts who most of the time who bring unrealistic expectations about the Video game industry, like Patcher, as everybody expected..
Let me start..
Sony’s new console will feature graphics chips developed by Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and processors capable of rendering games at 240 frames per second, Pachter said. Current-generation games typically render at 30 or 60 frames per second. As with past model changes, Sony will continue to produce and sell the almost 7-year-old PlayStation 3.
I can say that the PS4 and Xbox 8 will both feature an AMD APUs, being natively able to render 1080p at 60fps (I hope it does),
Sony “is 100 percent certain to announce the PlayStation 4″ at a Feb. 20 event, Michael Pachter, an analyst with Wedbush Securities in Los Angeles, said Friday, citing his checks with game developers and retailers.
Yada yada, and otherwise, he is still not right about the other stuff, expect the PS4 Meeting event. 🙂 (PS who even likes old men shouting at the clouds?)
Yey, since ever making this blog, I knew that the people who have seen my YouTube channel and a new, authentic and modern Crash news website would make up for a part that is still or not stuck in the past of the Crash series 🙂
My Crash Village post is the most popular post ever, and it is the first site I ever done to have the site logo revamped in less than half a year!
With the addition of the news about PlayStation‘s ll star Battle royal and Omar’s comments and “Confirmations” of Crash negations for inclusion.
Also, some awesome homages and fanart that fans and people did, such as the CTR video, “Crash is still my hero” , and the Skit from MADtv
And finally, the ironic PS forums > Crashy News > PS forums news that lead to have one of the posts rise in viewership to about 450 viewers.
Oh, fun fact.
I made this after my “Not-so-true” deal with some guy on Activision forums about making a new crash fansite, then I didn’t feel like the guy would be trustful to me about the deal, after a few months later, Crashy News was born.
Sony has opened up a referral program in which US residents can register and refer their friends, and for each successful PlayStation Vita purchase, they’ll receive a $20 PlayStation Network card and 1,000 Sony Rewards points (valued at $10).
