Valkyrie Drive (PS Vita) Not Releasing in Germany & Australia

The upcoming Vita action title Valkyrie Drive is not releasing in Germany & Australia due to the below reasons reported by I Play PS Vita.

Rice Digital has revealed that the PS Vita exclusive Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni won’t be released in Germany and Australia as both rating boards have refused to give the game an age rating.
According to PQube, Germany’s USK refused the rating as Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni contains “content severely harmful to minors” and claimed there is content that depicts “minors in unnatural and sexually explicit poses”.
Australia’s OFLC did not elaborate on their decision to refuse the classification

The ratings board in those regions will not allow the game to be released. You can still import the EU/US retail versions or use a NA/EU PSN account to play the title but the fact it will be harder to find it in stories regarding those locations is a shame.
