Gamefly released information that Shantae & the Pirates Curse is getting a retail release in September on the 3DS published by Maximum Games. They are also releasing a retail version of the Steamworld Games that Image & Form are making for the Wii. The game got a retail version in Japan (shown above), so it isn’t too surprising that Pirates Curse is getting a retail version in the west, more so considering Half-Genie Hero is getting retail versions this fall.
