We know that Sonic Mania is a three-team effort project that has Christian Whitehead, Stealth (Headcanon Games) and PagodaWest Games (Former Sonic 2 HD Developers) to make a really fun classic Sonic game, but we now have a clearer idea about the games story and more thanks to an interview with Christian.
