The indie game Spacejacked was not confirmed for Vita but most recently, Jon O. (@jon_magus) shared on twitter the above posts, with a bit of the game Spacejacked running very well on PS Vita.
This could indicate we will be seeing an official release of the title in the near future, so this is great news for fans of the title and Vita owners wanting more indie titles releasing on the platform.
