Reddit user by the name of  GabrielWoods released the above image after visiting the PlayStation Store on his PS4. He this image, implying that those two games shown (Invisible Inc. and Stories: The Path of Destines) will be the PS4 games of the December Plus line up.
This is a RUMOR due to how one could edit the images (and false PS+ rumors have released in the past but this seems trustworthy, as he was willing to share how he found the above image.

Update (11/28/2016): More support for this rumor can be found though the below tweet, as the user checked the PSN Store front on their PS4 after reading this article and found the PS+ Games image as well.
