Splatoon 2 was playable at the Nintendo Switch event that the press was able to attend. It focused on the games multiplayer mode and it looks quite strong. Everything that made the original hit (fun gameplay, gyro aiming controls, creative weapons, squid form, ink system, etc) was present and expanded upon.
Some weapons have different functions if you jump and press shoot, new weapons have creative usages and smart design changes for the Switch controller make it a great experience to play on the platform.
