Another Disney Infinity 3.0 Figure got leaked after 3.0’s cancellation and this is of Lighting McQueen from the Cars IP. He was going to be a premium figure but with no gameplay function differences between the original figure release with 1.0, it was scrapped before other Premium figures got approved for development.
