Sir Hoodington is a major Skylander, as he is one of the faces behind the new title Skylanders Imaginators. CoinOpTV was able to get a NFC card from Activision (which you can order if you use the Skylander Creation App on iOS/Android) to access the character in-game. He functions like any other Imaginator and you can see some gameplay of him in the above video captured by CoinOpTV.
