If you pre-order the game on PS4, you will be getting a few bonuses like building tools and more with a voucher in-side the games retail box. Not sure if this will be coming to the Vita version but most likely, it will be included for first-week downloads on Vita as its digital online for that system.
The game is releasing this October on both PS4 (Retail & Digital) and PS Vita (Digital).
