Neir Automata is confirmed for a February 23rd, 2017 launch in Japan. With the game moved to early 2017 for North America/Europe, its likely this is the worldwide release date for the title but this is not confirmed yet. Square Enix & Platinum Games also released a new trailer for the title at TGS as well.
