Oceanhorn sells over 1 Million Copies Across All Platforms, Nintendo Version in Development
The Zelda-inspired title Oceanhorn has been a great success for it’s developers, getting over one millions sales across all platforms the title released on. Most recently the studio released the title on PS4 and has plans for a PS Vita release after getting strong support for a Vita version.
With the release of Oceanhorn on PS4 and Xbox One last month, publisher FDG Entertainment has announced that the game has sold one million units across all platforms. In addition to the aforementioned consoles, it’s out now on PC, Mac, and iOS devices.
In a press release, FDG revealed that Oceanhorn is set to be ported to Android and “a Nintendo console.”
But the most interesting part of this news is that Oceanhorn might be coming to a Nintendo console, as the FDG (developer behind Oceanhorn) stated that the game will be releasing on a Nintendo platform in the future. Whenever or not this means it will come to one out now (3DS or Wii U) or one coming soon (NX) is up in the air.
